Shipping Bookblog offers free delivery for all purchases over $55. For all other orders we are confident that given our extremely low pricing even the inclusion of a nominal $5.00 postage charge. Orders will be dispatched within the next business day after payment is received and given the item is in stock. You should receive your order within 2 days after shipment, but should we not be able to ship the goods within this time frame we will contact you and offer you the choice of a refund or delivery when the stock is available. You will not be liable for any additional delivery charges should we have to backorder and delay delivery on any part of your order. Returns We understand that goods can sometimes be incorrectly ordered or might possibly be faulty or damaged in transit. In these instances we are happy to offer a 30 day money back guarantee on the cost of the products provided you return these to us in an unused and original condition. We cannot refund your delivery charge, but where goods have been delivered to you in an unusable condition we will not include delivery charges on replacement stock. We do suggest that you check all items received against your invoice prior to opening to ensure the integrity of the packaging and that the product is correct for your needs. Incorrectly ordered good must be returned at your cost, whilst faulty or damaged goods will have the cost of postage credited back to you.
